SHIPPING: Your order will be dispatched in 1-2 days

Delivery depends on Metro, Country & Interstate areas 3-5 days. Please allow extra time due to the corona virus our delivery partners may take a couple extra days for all interstate orders. 

Tracking number will be emailed to you once parcel is in transit.

CHRISTMAS PARCELS: Please note that any delivery may be delayed due to the Christmas postal rush, we do not refund or exchange any item that has been delayed or was intended for a gift and did not make it on time. 

Please note that our Pots are made from stone, cement, porcelain, ceramic and come in various shapes & sizes. The total weight of your items is how your shipping cost is calculated for your order.

We endeavor to keep costs as low as possible.


Fyto Boutique Policy – Received your order and your stock is Damaged email Fytoboutique@outlook.com & we will refund or replace the product but require proof of damages within 24 hours of delivery.

MARKET PICK UP: If you click our option for "Market Pick Up" we will email you once we have packed your order with a option to pick up your purchase at our next market stall. CHECK YOUR EMAIL TO CONFIRM PICK UP

Note: We will wait until you confirm that you can make that market on the day before bringing your order. There we will be no charge for market pick up. *Market Stall Pick up is Sydney Only!
